[Tech-ish] downpipe/cat replacement tool

When I did my engine swap on my '84, I used an exhaust clamp set up
backwards (take of the clampy part, thread on both nuts, re-install
clampy part backwards), then put the exhaust clamp 'press' inside the DP
hold-on clamps and cranked the nuts looser (down the threads). Opened
them up pretty well, but if I remember there wasn't much room to move
the wrench so it took a while. Used a Phillips screw driver to
re-install.
Better plan:
Upgrade to a 4-2-1 exhaust. NO stupid clamps! And more power.
