3rd main bearing TABS.

This is your thrust adjustment.  The shims will not come with the kit if the
bearings have the shims built in.  Most of the bearing kits you get today
are one piece.  Be sure to read how to adjust your endplay and make sure you
install the bearings the same way they came out.  HTH!

I noticed when i ripped apart my engine on the #3 main beraing the is a tab
on the side. I though i would get new ones with the new bearing set but i
didnt. Can i buy these new from VW. Since i mixed up where each one goes. :(
