Missing the Point (was: Any drawback to having a hydro headonaJH?)

Is the cam interchangeable? No infact it is not, the hydro cam has only four bearings and the mechanical has five bearing point. And the hydro lifter bucket will not work in the mech head. Good news is the timing belt sprocket will work LOL
