Want to look up a PN for me?!

I'm looking for the number for the hose that comes out
the top left of the radiator and goes directly (and
only) to the head. It's on a non a/c 16v, so it
doesn't branch off to the coolant resevoir. An
eight-ish inch long straight-ish fat hose.
