tranny fluid?

tranny is almost done being rebuilt with a 3.94 ring/pinion and peloquin
diff...HELL YA!
What would be a good oil to use, how much, and were to get it?
should I put the fluid in before installing the tranny?
Also I need a reverse switch, weres a cheap place to get it?
