when i was fixing the rieger and had a meter rigged to show DPR current
in-car as i was driving, i dont recall a fixed 16mA under WOT, but if it is
in fact a fixed value, then your (idle) sensor plate position will have an
effect on it. if you want to richen up what makes it to the engine at WOT,
then set DPR current lower at idle. this way when it gets 16mA at WOT, it
will equate to a mechanically higher fuel flow for given air flow.
