Lexan/Plexi rear 1/4 Windows?

Perhaps bake it at a low med temp then remove and lay on top of the OEM
glass to attain the form. I haven't worked plexi on that large of scale but
that method works well for 8.5"x11"x1/8"(3/8") and smaller stuff I have
played with (I made blackouts for MKI headlights). usually around 200
degrees makes plexi plyable but stil firm. I have seen folks use heat guns
to make plexi shapable, but to close with the gun and the plexi burns &
bubbles and you have to start over. remove the protective film for appliying
heat, otherwise you get a useless mess.
