Near Mint 83 Wolfsburg

As luck would have it, John, I am trading my diesel Caddy for the complete paint and body work the mk1 needs before I put it all back together, including the TDI with cable shift tranny. A local is doing a TDI Caddy in his shop, and needs another caddy for daily driver/hauling duties....once his TDI is out of the paint booth, my mk1 heads up there.

So....my project has gotten the shot in the ass that its needed from day 1.

IF (big IF) we get the Corrado TDI....I won't get to drive it...its gonna be Katy's car (atleast, I won't get to drive it that often). However...it does have some cool TDI performance stuff on it that can be swapped over to the Sciroccos engine...seeing as the Corrado would be a commuter...why would Katy need go fast parts on it????? happened to be the car that inspired me to start my TDI Mk1 Rocco project:

But what we're all wondering is... what is going to inspire you to
*finish* the TDI Mk1 Rocco project?? ;)
