well, i finally got the carpets pulled up today and it seems that the floor 
boards are gone. there's so much undercoating on the bottom of the car you 
really can't see the holes except from the top. i might also have to cut out 
a section of the frame underneath the passenger side door that looks pretty 
weak, but i need better light to do a better inspection so it will have to 
wait till tomorrow.
