cross-flow vs g60

how about valve sizes? I am considering this ITVB setup and I can use a JH
or a xflow head (depending if I want the flutes to be out back or in
front...but I have been trying to get intake/exhaust valve sizes, surely
someone has those numbers somewhere no ?
