5th Gear Replacement

I'm thinking about getting a replacement for the 5th gear in my '84 8v.  I spend a lot of time going down a 70 MPH highway and I'm starting to get tried of hearing my engine whining down the road at 4K RPM.  I'm also thinking that the change would more than pay for itself in less gas consumption.

Where would you guys recomend getting a taller 5th gear?  

Also, does anyone know what the ratio is on my stock 5th gear?
