Need sources: Shift Knobs

Ebay, old beetle (wooden with wolfsburg emblem), FLAPS and speed shops for knobs. For boots, again Ebay, vortex and speed shops. Momo makes purdy boots, as do some other companies that aren't coming to mind. Dan
