[TECH] New 2L 8v hybrid Questions - Greg please help if you can.

In my experience, the G grind will give you a little bit of a lumpy idle,
but not very pronounced when installed on a 2.0.
It's not going to be as smooth as a stock cam, but it's not bad. So, if you
have an actual miss then you should check your plugs and ignition
components.
If you think about it, it doesn't make any difference to your idle quality
by changing the idle mixture/dwell because the computer will alter the duty
cycle to bring the mixture back to stoichiometric. It also will make almost
no difference to the mixture at WOT, so just set it to factory spec which I
thought was 50%.
As a side note, the bigger the cam the richer it will want to run at idle
for a smooth idle. Not a lot you can do about it with CIS-lambda though.
