Ok well if you are getting no power to 1-4 fuses and you are getting low 
beams then either A: you didnt have the key on when you were doing your test 
or B: some hick has been in there making new haresses ahead of you. Thats a 
good spot to start. Good Luck LOL! ;) Let us know when you turn the key on 
and do the tests ;)
