MkI rear quarter window removal-how to?

Any tips or anything for removing the MkI rear quarter windows?
I'm pulling them out of the parts car tomorrow and even though
the gaskets are junk I'd like to pull them out properly so that
when I pull them out of the '78 I don't damage anything.
