Best flush technique/chemical for our radiators?

I know this has been covered in various degrees in the
past. I've heard of Purple Power, Woolite, and a few
others hailed as the most effective means of giving
your cooling system an enema. 

Just want to hear everybody's secret.

And what's the biggest temp drop heard of after a
flush?
