Red 16V sighting on Long Island NY

If it's not a lister I'm 99% sure that's a Marist student. There's another rocc there but have never caught him to talk to him. Has no rear seat and sporting equipment in back. Lighter red (pink) quarterpanel along with same color bondo work. Sound familiar?
