Replacing sunroof

Denise?

Welcome to the list Denise... I am Patrick In Texas (listening to the brain
activity increase and waits for the bulbs above the head turn on)

Is this the denise that I met in 2000, at the ottawa show, and I took.. humm
for a spin.. (oh guys get your mind out of the gutter) on that long stretch
of backroad near the show location... humm I do recall it was 110MPH on that
road (grin)...and the first time I heard a woman be totally terrified and
completly in glee on what the prospect of her scirocco could possibly run
like. (she was sorta of complaining her car did not move enough. so I took
her for a spin in mine (she was thinking to buy a 16v... I made her beleive
in her 8v that day... HEHEH)

To answer your question, I know the Golf GTi sunroof fit like a glove in our
cars, BUT you loose the option of the tilt when doing this type opf
replacement, some have mentioned in the past Audi 4000 fits as well, maybe
even the Jetta II would, but I dont know if there are any "moonroofs" that
existed for replacement for the scirocco (and if you find out which it is I
want one....)
