(Fao Scott) Alternator Cut out



Yes, that's precisely what I'm talking about. I had no idea that an actual
kit was marketed for it, though. Interesting... According to that ad, the
touring car racers have used these things for years. HA! Take that, all
naysayers! As for suitability just for the track, I think of it more in the
reverse. I'd suppose that it'd be more appropriate for the street given the
fact that a race car is likely to be at WOT far more often than a street
car. That could lead to some serious battery discharging over the long haul.
