Turbo conversion questions...

For the turbo oil line you could use a stock turbo diesel oil filter 
flange - they have a port on the top for the turbo oil line.

Alternatively you could drill and tap into your existing oil filter
flange.

Remember that your return (to the pan) must be above the level of the oil 
in the pan to avoid problems.
