Weight of motor and tranny?



IF you are lifting the engine/trans as an ass'y, you'll need at LEAST two burly-boys.
Engine and trans separately, two will suffice.
Don't try it by yourself...a strained back isn't worth it.

  1.8 16v block (probably the same) - 138 lbs
  tranny - 75 lbs
  flywheel + pp + disc - 20 lbs

  not everything, but it may help
