Went dirt road hunting today!

Yea... there's this dirt road I've been lusting over for a week now, I finaly went and had a go at it today!

Last weekend Shelly and I went flying with Daun, near one of the local lakes I noticed a most excellent looking dirt road snaking through trees and brush for about a mile. After getting home I jumped on mapquest and looked the thing up, it was on an unmarked side road, apparently a coumpground or something. 

So I finaly got out there today and discovered it was a frikkin' horse trail! road apples and all! I'll have to go back sometime when all the equestrians are home watching the derby or something.

All was not lost though, I did discover a nice gravel road which I proceded to rip up with gusto.

I also managed to launch the car about 2 feet in the air at around 100 mph.... all in all not a bad day.

......of course I have video!!!! it's only in car and it skipped realy bad when I landed, I hope to return to the launchpad with someone to shoot exterior stuff soon.
