be sure you dont have upload limit set too high, it will choke your download
also, the speed you will get is determined by the max send rate of your
peers (i.e. others downloading)
sorry you're not getting 300k/sec, but that aint gonna happen, unless
someone here can host a 300 meg file for a hundred people to download at t3
speeds...
