oil baffle

Hi all again,
I think, I'll go with the TT oil baffle method Part #115.120. It looks like
a better solution, however it also looks like I can't use the windage tray
in conduction with it, oh well I just need to keep the oil flowing, I'll
work on the hp factor later.
