I started to go through the motions of making scirocco.org a recognized club
for Waterfest registration, but there was one barrier...I needed a complete
list of everyone's name that was in our organization.  Naturally, all I had
was our email addresses.

I had noticed that the latest version of our mail list handling software has
the capacity to hold a subscribers name.  If possible, maybe we could log
into the site and add our names so that when this happens again, we can
get club like recognition or discounts.    Once we have this list, I would be
able to provide a list to those vendors that required it for a club 
recognition or
discount.  Naturally, I understand if you're reluctant to add your name.
