Power Steering, etc.

My car was squealing when turning.  I checked the ps fluid and it was low.  I filled it and off I went.  It still squeals.  Not as bad as before, but squeals non-the-less.  Any ideas?
 
Sometimes, while idling after starting, while the idle doesn't change, the tach needle is bouncing around like it's hooked up to the stereo.  This shouldn't be happening, should it?
 
I've also noticed this in the speedo needle, but it only does it a little bit and only when moving.
 
And my odometer is kaput.  Sometimes it will go, but rarely.  I saw the tech for this on scirocco.org, so I'll be looking into it.  Is this connected to the speedo problem?
