More like 60 to 80 mph.  100=62.5mph, 130 = 81 mph, give or take.

Ontario drivers drive those speeds typically as well (espeically on major 
thruways.)

The difference is Ontario drivers at least PRETEND to obey traffic 
signals, rules of the road, and laws of physics, whereas Quebec drivers, 
well....
