Patrick, I'm trying to take my instrument cluster out to replace the burnt out bulbs, and I can't for the life of me get the big connections on each edge off of it.  There seems to be a small tab of plastic (a little larger than a pinhead) that sticks up in order to keep people from removing the connector.  Any hints?
