OT(kind of)anybody here ever use a 3.5 gallon parts washer?

I'm specifically asking about the 3.5 gallon because I don't have tons of 
room.
I know on the larger ones the cleaner drains out the bottom into a tank, barrel
etc, but how does it work on these small one?  I haven't ordered one yet, and
I'm glad because if it just sit in the bottom of the thing it may not be 
what I'm
looking for.
