Oh boy, just answered question one.  They fail themselves...two answers can't occur based on the
conditions put forth in the question.  And the answer..."low water crossings" contradicts with the
question...see the word submerged?  That ain't "low water"...it's UNDER water.

Onwards...

Question 4:  I see a hill ahead of me in snowy conditions...*I* ACCELERATE; and 9/10 times I get
up that mother.

Question 7:  Someone approaches my car and I either get the hell out of Dodge or fight him. 
Getting the hell away wasn't a choice.  Neither was dialing 911.

Question 12:  again, the conditons put forth in the question deny a correct choice.

Question 15: if my brakes go out, I downshift AND drive safely off the road.  Ask me how I know. 
Driving into grass or onto a side street wasn't a choice.

Still, I got 13/17.
