ABA/JH plug and gap recommendations needed!

Do I go with the recommended JH plug, or the ABA?  I'm using 5/8" spark plugs (using
stock ABA wires) that are spec'd for the ABA, but one heat range cooler - (if all the
letter designations are the same, but there is a 7 instead of an 8 in the part# the only
difference is the 7 is a cooler heat range plug right?)

What about gap?
