When will it end? 16V Woes

OK, got TT cams in the other day, installed them, and everything's ok (well, my timing's off a bit, but she runs like a champ).   I get out of work today, and get on her, and she misfires like crazy.  Now what?   Swapped the plugs cause I figured it might be there time, but no difference.
Everything is new...  Both fuel pumps, distrib cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter... EXCEPT the coil; could this be the coil dying?
Just when I thought I had her 100%.
