DANG!!!!



Not likely, look closely. Way too small, no teeth on the pulley. Engine runs on a dizzy-less programmable system and has an external oil pump. Shaft is probably totally removed from the block as it looks like that pulley is mounted to a bracket which is mounted to the engine. Less parasitic loss due to the absence of the internal int. shaft bearings and the weight of the shaft itself. Just a simple pulley w/ bearings to take up some slack on the timing belt.

  Notice the int. shaft pulley is just a bank wheel, not the big gear. Probably just there to take up slack in the timing belt.
