Replacing all belts and motormounts on 16v



Very simple, don't worry.  What I do is tighten them until it seems that
tightening more doesn't make a difference then back it off just a hair.  You
can always readjust  later but over tightening causes bearing troubles in
the waterpump/alternator/etc.  So it's easier to adjust a little later then
replace a component due to over tightening.  They will stretch a little.
