Cruise control

I have the linkage part from a 16V Jetta's TB and I'm working on a way to
adapt it on my spare Scirocco 16V TB... I've been real busy and I'll be in
the San Diego are next week but as soon as I'm back I'll get back on this.

I have a lot of things I started during the Christmas break that I haven't
finished. this is one of them.
