A/C bracket removal

<DIV></DIV>My a/c was previously removed but the compressor brackets are still there and intact. If I removed the bracket the alternator would need to be moved. What bracketry do I need to do this? OR can I just move the adjuster bracket for the alt. up to the block where the a/c bracket used to be?<BR><BR><BR>Peace Out,
