Fuel pump? 16v

What should I use as a jumper to test the fuel pump relay? If it turns out
the relay is good which one of the pumps is the most likely to have gone bad?
This thing has been sitting for 4 years. I can't hear the little tell tale
whirrr when I turn the key.
