<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; they are held in by screws. I would advise against it though, unless you 
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; like doing body work. The weight saving wouldn't be the great either maybe 
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; 2~3lbs per side if that.
