Ethanol fuel is available at almost every gas station here in eastern South Dakota, being there's an ethanol plant practically in every county. We don't call it "E10" here, there's just a little sticker on the gas pump that says "this fuel has been blended with 10% ethanol". The fuel is usually 89 or 90 octane, and about a dime per gallon cheaper than regular. In the larger cities around here you can also get E85, but that only works with certain late-model cars.
