What type of gauge is this???

That does not make cents.  A kilopascal is a unit of pressure, 1 bar = 100
kilopascal.  kilopascal per square centimeter is not a valid
measurement.  Are you sure it's not kg/cm^2?  1 bar = 1.02 kg/cm^2.
