Center Console Guages

The blue with white stripes are the positive for the lights in the gauges
and goes to the light switch or something else in you dash that has a dash
light in it. The brown is ground, of course. On the Volts gauge, hook it
directly to your battery. The Temp gauge is for oil and that should go to a
sending unit on the oil filter housing (may have to change the housing to
one with two or three holes or use an elbow of some type). What's left, a
clock? Oh, Oil pressure. Oil pressure will also have to go to the oil
pressure gauge will either need to hook to the oil filter housing or the
head (8v right?) If you install one in the head, I would put an elbow there
to keep the other sensor hooked up for your idiot light to still function.
As far as the colors are concerned (which colors on which gauges do what)
you'll probably just have to use the trial and error approach especially
since the guages will take the abuse. Believe me, I did it that way. You
may check you bentley, though, it might have something in there about the
three gauge cluster. Didn't some of the MK2s come with those stock?
