Euro Etka And N.A. Etka, und HELP reading ETKA???

Euro ETKA sez...

051 103 351 for KR, PL
051 103 351 B for ABF
051 103 351 for 9A

So something's not adding up.  Speaking of which, ETKA lesson anyone? 
For example, under the line with the PN, there's often more info,
starting with an M, example:

051 103 351     cylinder head
                M            >>KR 125 327

Sometimes there are more than one M lines or colums.

What do this mean???? :cornfuzed:
