[Mk1] Strut insert replacement?

  you didnt lube your inserts at all? inserts should sit in engine oil, this
assists in heat transfer away from the strut, as well as preventing any rust
from forming.

    I needed a vice, propane torch, and a big pipe wrench to get my old
inserts out.  It can be done, from past posts it seems that most listers
have been able to do it themselves.  Also, one thing I wish I would've done
is lubed the new insert with oil(ATF I've heard works good), that way next
time they'll come out easier-
