2l 16v dp vs. 1.8l 16v dp

What if you have a 16v 2.0l engine out of a Jetta in my scirocco. Will a 16v 
scirocco exhaust fit on? Header and all. I look at mine and it looks like a 
stock 16v exhaust, but I didnt do the swap so im not sure if it is or not.
