update to alt problems

I assume so. It doesn't say anywhere on the box what kind of car it's for and they had to order the part, they didn't have any in stock. I think it would fit if it wasn't for the center box being too big to clear the round protruding nub in the center of the alternator. Yeah, gotta love those technical terms. ;) When I manage to find some cash, I'm planning on pulling the alternator and having NAPA test it. If it's bad, I can turn in the core right then and there. If not, it'll either be a call to Potterman to get as close to an OEM regulator as I can or a trip to the local garage so I'm not buying/replacing 5 parts that work fine.
