Removing Undercoating Crud

Try dry ice or that areosol stuff janitors use to chip off chewing gum. That 
and a soft deadblow hammer should chip the stuff off.  Wear gloves to avoid 
frostbite.  it also works to remove the factory dynamat onthe interior floor
