Some weeks back, after reading about the $20K Neon SRT-4 that goes like =
stink, I went to several local Dodge dealers to inquire. "Sorry, won't =
have any until March" was the word. So, yesterday, I get a call from =
one of the salesboys. (He's about 13) "We'll get the first one next =
week!!" =20
Only one?? "Yes, but we'll get two more later in the year"
Only three all year? "Well, yes."
Okay, how much? "Twenty-four nine."
Out the door, right? "No, that's the sticker."
For a $20,000 car??!! "Well, we're adding four thousand for dealer =
'mumble-mumble'."
For dealer what?? "You know, supply and demand. Some other dealers are =
adding up to $10,000!"
BS, no one is gonna' pay $30,000 plus for a Neon. "Well, there has been =
a LOT of interest in them."
Sure. Anyway, call me when it gets in. 'Bye.
