problems with 8v gti

Rick,

just got back from installing a new fuel filter, and
still has the problem, now it isnt bucking anymore,
its just running like it is not receiving enough fuel,
so i feel comfortable enough to say that yes it is
probably the fuel pump.  i would probably say its the
internal pump.
