As Marc stated, the 3A is a hydraulic cam, and the JH is a solid lifter 
head - the two are not compatible.

EMissions controls dictate that pretty much any factory cam from a
cat-equipped engine isn't going to be "hot" enough to be worth swapping
from one engine to another.

Spend the money on a G grind for your swap - you'll thank yourself later.
