Oddball Scirocco

I'm assuming that it is a dealer option.  Almost all VWs have had that
option.  Even my Father-in-law's 78 dasher had the dealer optional pop-up
sunroof.  Sadly, they had to do away with a reinforcement that the roof had
to install the sunroof and their car top carrier collapsed the roof on one
of their treks to Iowa from WA.  Sure was a funny story!  The Rabbits even
had a dealer optional rag top!
